“Could not have had a better experience than with Kamrell Windows & Doors, Inc. It started with a referral from a friend and having three (3) other companies provide quotes. I carefully researched the 4 highly recommended and credentialed companies to install my hurricane rated impact windows before chosing Kamrell. JUSTIN was the only one to come extremely well prepared with detailed market pricing comparisons and well reasoned advice. Kamrell is located up in Stuart and I was somewhat concerned as to how much work from them I could expect; however, Patricia, Sue, Pati, Dustin and the team worked as hard, and harder than any team I’ve ever worked with before. They were ALWAYS readilv available (we used email mostly for efficiency) and extremely knowledgeable doing a great job in providing the necessary documents for my HOA approval and continued to correspond with me with any further needs. Their pricing was within a reasonable amount with the other companies but I felt that the experience that Justin has in the business was worth a bit more money.

The team kept me in the loop as to expectation of installation dates - much to my surprise the windows arrived early and they moved forward. The TEAM (5 in total) arrived on time and immediately went through the process and it was completed in an amazing two (2) day period. The TEAM (I am sorry that the only name I remember was Alex - who is former Military and beyond impressive) because each of them were a pleasure to work with. They allowed me to watch the process, take pictures and videos and made me feel comfortable having them in my home.

I have already recommended them to two (2) neighbors and they have signed contracts with Justin. Honestly, I can’t imagine using another company after this experience.”

The entire process was smooth and the end result was complete satisfaction. “From the moment I met Justin Martin who came to my townhouse to give me an estimate to replace my sliders / front door with impact upgrades, I knew I’d made my choice of the 6 companies I had gotten estimates from.
Justin was not only knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and most of all, not pushy. Despite a lot of emails, questions, concerns and requests, Justin always responded promptly, answered every question without making me feel like I was a bother. He offered me an excellent deal at a fair market price. Dustin came in and measured.
Once the deal was signed, my sliders/ door came in earlier than scheduled and were installed over a 4 day period. The team that worked here ( Mike B., Matt M., Edin, and Gean) were the most pleasant, professional, capable and efficient team I have ever seen. All my questions, requests and questions were answered. Post install touch up is minimal and they cleaned up after finishing each day.
Dustin and Julio came in to assess the work and any issues that arose although there I really had none.
Altho some minor issues occurred with manufacturer errors, Pati and Sue in the office addressed them and took care of everything promptly.
In all, I’m amazed , thankful, and so happy I chose this company. If you need impact glass, Kamrell is your company! It’s your only choice!”

“Truly a 5 star company delivering 5 star work! From the impressive diligence of Justin Martin to the well facilitated coordination of Patti in the office, I could not have been better taken care of. I just wish I knew about Kamrell Windows & Doors before I chose another company for my installation. I was fed up with several issues after I received my new windows a few years ago and a “certain company” was very difficult to come out and resolve the problem.

I heard about how professional Kamrell Windows & Doors were to help with new purchases to even the smallest repairs so I decided to give them a call. I spoke with Justin who was very informative and candid to help reach out to his office to get me scheduled. Almost immediately after our conversation ended, I received a call from the office and spoke with Patti who was a delight to coordinate my repair appointment with. She informed me of when, and with whom, and at what time to expect a repair man. Adam was the repair man who also was incredibly professional as he reach out to me the day of as a follow up confirmation, and once more to let me know he was on his way. He took careful consideration to accomplish my repair, and was perfectly transparent to show me the issue and describe what needed to be fixed. He was very clean and meticulous in our home as he quickly fixed the problem. Before you know it, he was finished and on his way as if he was never even there!

I had a issue that lasted a year that was quickly resolved in a matter of days from start to finish with Kamrell Windows and Doors. You can not beat there service and professionalism! “My husband and I live in North Palm Beach and recently had all of our windows replaced with Kamrell. We worked with Justin Martin, who oversaw our project, and Jorge, who oversaw installation.

We completely gutted and renovated out home, and out of all of the vendors, contractors, and sales representatives we worked with for the last year, Justin and Jorge were far superior in every way. Justin is incredibly detailed oriented, always has a positive demeanor, is solution-oriented, and goes above and beyond to make sure that we are happy. He came up with creative solutions for our windows since our home structure is very outdated and has a great eye for design. “Liberty is AMAZING. They just did my impact windows. I got 4 different estimates prior to choosing a company. Their price was 10k less than the next lowest price, but definitely not because of quality. Justin, with Liberty, was the only person that had the integrity to tell me my 6 sliders were a custom size- which significantly increases the price of them. I could choose to do the custom size, or they could build up my stucco 4 inches on the floor wall of the lanai to make them a stock size. That greatly reduced the price with no aesthetic difference. I was given options and recommendations for the larger windows in regard to style and layout, and ended up choosing something that I didn’t even know was available. I certainly wasn’t given these options from the other companies. From start to finish, I was repeatedly thankful I chose Liberty. Justin took care of all the permits, HOA approval, and whatever else is needed by the city/ neighborhood to do the job that I don’t know about (but don’t need to know about because it was taken care of). Sergio and his team did a fantastic job installing my sliders and windows- most of which are floor to ceiling. They were respectful of the property, kept the house and grounds clean, and even changed the door handle and lock on my front door after they installed it because I gave them the special one that I had bought too late. Matt, the project manager, kept track of how the project was progressing daily and communicated with me about the timeline. There was an issue with the tracks for the slider screens arriving from the company that made them, but Justin has kept communication regarding when they will be in, and is very meticulous about what has been completed, and what still needs to be completed. Included in the price of the windows is a cleaning service to make sure the windows are cleaned, along with all the dust that naturally occurs during the installation process. Liberty is the only company that offered that as a service. They are honest, professional, and had the best quality windows. I would not choose anyone else. Ask for Justin, Matt, and Sergio!”

“We needed impact windows for our 2 story house and had received multiple quotes, but really liked the salesman from Liberty, JUstin Martin. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions that we had for him. Justin also answered us back right away with any questions that we had and had great communication throughout the entire process. The measuring and ordering of the windows was seamless and the windows even came in quicker than expected! “My daughter and I reached out to Liberty Impact and they selected Justin to come to our home, and we are very glad he did! Justin has done a number of jobs in Summerfield and knew what our HOA manager expects of contractors. Not only did Justin hear out our case for urgency, he responded by measuring our sliding glass doors at 8am and giving us a proposal the very next morning at 8am. My daughters were present to ask a barrage of questions and Justin answered everything honestly, and with patience. Pricing and timeline were very important. Liberty’s timeline was the best and even though the price was a little more than some of the other company’s we talked to, Justin explained that their pricing included the financing fee for Synchrony and that as a Summerfield resident he would personally oversee our project and handle the HOA for me. That was welcome news! When it was time for install Liberty selected Jorge’s crew and we could not have been happier. They were energetic and engaged installers who clearly knew what they were doing with large glass sliding doors. Plastic walls with poles were setup around each opening as well as sheeting for the floors. There was barely any dust by the time they were through! Jorge truly cares about his installs, I would ask for him again. All in all our project was installed right at the end of our projected timeline and Justin was true to his word and was present every other day of install and made sure to call us at the end of each day for a quick update. He even took the time to handle and fix an incorrect handle issue so that we got the correct ones! “Liberty Impact Windows and Doors did exceptional work for me on two sliders that went into my townhouse. Justin Martin handled the sales of the windows and was knowledgeable, informative, and gave me an honest timetable as to when the doors would be manufactured and available for install—which was completed far in advance of the original estimate, which was a nice surprise. The install crew of Corey and Chad did a great job. My original sliders were the original item in my townhouse, and they took a bit of prying to remove. When they did, they incidentally took a few pieces of tile with it, but their project manager Mike bought new tile and Corey and Chad replaced it and were very thorough with the replacement and clean up. The thorough nature of their work, and their attention to detail are the most impressive, and that is critically important for me, to have peace of mind that my windows will stand up to the harsh weather of hurricane season. “I had two sliding glass doors with impact glass installed. They replaced the original sliders that were in my townhouse. They look great, and I’m looking forward to not having to put shutters or plywood up on my 2nd floor windows. Justin did a great job keeping me updated on the production shipping phases of my widows, and then Mike and his crew did a great job on the replace and install. They were efficient and thorough and cleaned up well before they left. When the locks/latches seemed to not latch properly initially, Mike and Justin both came out the day after the install and remedied the issue.
